Total Amine Content: ≤10.0 (KOH mg/g)

Heat Weight Loss :≤4.2wt%(300^oC),  ≤5.0wt%(344^oC)

Characterizations:TAF is mainly applied in the polymers reinforced by fiberglass such as PA, PBT, TET, PP, ABS, PC, POM. It owns flollowing characters

1,       prevent fiberglass from exposing;

2,       increase the surface brightness of compositions;

3,       reduce processing temperature by 3~5^oC;

4,       reduce the screw torque , so decrease machinery wear and tear.

Applications:The following table is given examples for TAF application, which is contrasted with EBS and erucic acid amide in nylon 6 and nylon 66 reinforced by long fiberglass. The results show that the performance of TAF is better than EBS and erucic acid amide. Recommendation content: 0.5wt% (pigment) 3~5wt% ( masterbatch).
