Applications
The engineering plastics modification at high temperature processing.
PC, PPS reinforced and retardant modification
TAF-A has better temperature resistance and better compatibility with PC and PPS.
(1) Reinforced Modification
1) Prevent fiberglass protruding
2) Increase surface gloss of products
3) Increase melt index, improve liquidity and decrease screw torque, reduce mechanical wear
4) Lower processing temperature
(2) Retardant Modification
1) Make fire retardant dispersed in resin more uniformly, not influence fire-retardant effect and impact strength of the material
2) Increase melt index, improve liquidity and other processing performance
3) Increase gloss of products
(3) Loading
1) Reinforced modification: 0.3±1.2%
2) PC flame retardant masterbatch: 2~5%
(4) Packing: PE woven bag combined with kraft paper 25kg per bag
