Compatibility:

Good compatibility with solvents including aromatic, esters, ketone and others.

Characterizations:

TA-100-103 is applicable to stably inorganic pigments(esp. titanium dioxide)., and it owns better preventing flooding and color floating of paint and viscosity reduces in coil coating than the others , especially applicable to acid-catalyzed systems. If w e dont control dosage, it will affect the color brightness.

When adjusting the paint system, acid catalyst and amino resins must be incorporated in a well-controlled amount. or it will affect the viscosity and solidify .

Load Recommendation:

Inorganic Pigment: 4~9wt%;   Titanium Dioxide: 1.1~3.5wt%

Applications:

Industrial coatings, coil coatings, automotive coatings, anticorrosive coatings

Guide to Application:

Taking coil coatings as an example, TA-100-103 firstly is incorporate into binder, then add titanium dioxide in a certain ratio of pigment/binder, thus mixed to form a high concentrated single-color paste.
