Specifications:

    Appearance: white or slightly yellow powder   Melting temperature: 135 ⁰C

    Colour: ≤5.0(Gardner)                    Acid Content: ≤15.0 (KOH mg/g)    

    Total Amine Content: ≤10.0 (KOH mg/g)

     Heat Weight Loss :≤4.2wt.%(300⁰C),  ≤5.0wt.%(344⁰C)

Characterizations:

    TAF is mainly applied in the polymers reinforced by fiberglass such as PA, PBT, PET, PP, ABS, PC, POM,etc..

    It owns flollowing characters

         to prevent fiberglass from exposing;

         to increase the surface brightness of compositions;

         to reduce processing temperature by 3~5⁰C;

         to reduce the screw torque, and  decrease machinery wear and tear.

Applications:

     The following table is given some examples for TAF application, which is contrasted with EBS and erucic acid amide in nylon 6 and nylon 66 reinforced by long fiberglass. The results show that the performances of materials with TAF are better than these of  the systmes with EBS  or erucic acid amide. Recommendating  content: 0.5wt.% in pigment; 3~5wt.% in masterbatch.
