Gloss Lubricant TAS-3A TAS-3A(G)
Specifications: White or slightly yellow powder, Melting temperature: 55oC Colour: ≤5.0(Gardner) Heating Reduction: ≤0.5wt.%
Characterizations:
TAS-3A and 3A(G) are introduced into the polarity groups on the basis of ethylene difatty acid amide. They can be insoluble in traditional slovents.They are nontoxic. they own main merits as follows: improve the dispersibility of pigments or fillers;enhance mleting flowing index and surface glossiness of the composites;reduce the screw torque , and decrease machinery wear and tear;improve the processability.
Applications:
TAS-3A and 3A(G) can take completly place of other lubricants, such as wax and EBS, and give the better internal and external lubrication during procesing. TAS-3A and TAS-3A(G) are suitable for PVC-based sheating materials and insulting materials,respectively. Recommendatory usag: TAS-3A 1-1.2phr;TAS-3A (G) 0.6~0.8phr. Table 1-3 give the resulting properties of some applied products.
