                         Fiberglass Anti-Protruding Agent   TAF-A

Specifications:

     Appearance: white or slightly yellow powder  Melting temperature:1350C

     Acid content:≤5.0 (KOH mg/g)

    Total Amine content: ≤ 10.0 (KOH mg/g)      Colour: ≤5.0 (Gardner)

    Heat Weight Loss : ≤3wt% (308.700C), ≤5% (325.620C)

    Thermal Decomposition Temperature: 415.910C

Characterizations:

            to prevent fiberglass from exposing;

            to increase the surface glossiness of compositions;

            to reduce processing temperature by 3~50C;

            to reduce the screw torque;

            to decrease machinery wear and tear;

            to own excellent compatibility with PC and PPS;

            to make fire retardant dispersion uniformly in the resins, does not influence the fire-retardant effect and impact strength of the materials.

Applications:

   TAF-A is mainly applied in the reinforced and retardent engineering plastics which are procesed at much high temperature such as PPS, PC. Recommendating usage: 0.3±1.2wt.% (in reforcement) 2~5wt.% (in retardant).

    Keep away from moisture and fire source.
