Antioxidant TA-1010

Chemical Name: Pentaerythritol-tetra-[β-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-propionate]

Characterizations:

   This product has stable chemical properties. It owns excellent heat and waterextractable resistance, good compatibility with the matrix resins. It can well avoid discoloration caused by light and heat.Combined with TA-168, DLTDP and others antioxide agents, TA-1010 can display the apparent synergy, which enforces the antioxidant effects. It can be Soluble in toluene, acetone and ester, insoluble in water and slightly soluble in alcohol.

Applications:

    TA-1010 can be widely used in the polymeric materials,such as PE, PP, PS, PA, POM, ABS, PVC, synthetic rubber etc.. It is also applied  to avoid the thermal aging of greases and coatings.

Toxicity:

   Slight toxic, rats semi-lethal dose LD50≥5000mg (male mice oral)
