Specification :
Appearance : white or slight yellow powder Melt point : ≥135oC
Acid content : ≤0.5% Color ≤ 5.0 (Garder)
Total amine content : ≤ 10.0KOH mg/g
Applications:
The following table is given some examples for TAF application, which is contrasted with EBS and erucic acid amide in nylon 6 and nylon 66 reinforced by long fiberglass. The results show that the performances of materials with TAF are better than these of the systmes with EBS or erucic acid amide. Recommendating content: 0.5wt.% in pigment; 3~5wt.% in masterbatch.
